Dr. Joseph Houlik
Dentist
Dr. Houlik is guided by the golden rule, treat others how you like to be treated. This is reflected in his sincere, genuine care for all patients and exceptional dentistry. Born and raised in Wichita, Dr. Houlik attended Wichita Collegiate and Kansas State University. He graduated at the top of his class and received multiple scholarships during his tenure at the UMKC School of Dentistry.
Dr. Houlik has advanced training in dental implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, orthodontics and esthetic dentistry. He is passionate about personal development and strives daily to improve every aspect of his life. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Alexa. When not at the office, you can find Dr. Houlik with family and friends, volunteering in the community, practicing his Spanish and playing with his favorite little Shih-Tzu, Lady.
Tami Ludlow
Office Manager
Tami brings expert knowledge and warm welcomes to the front desk at Houlik Family Dentistry. With more than 40 years of experience in the dental field, she assists patients with insurance, scheduling and billing questions. She takes tremendous pride in caring for patients’ financial needs. She loves her work and conveys this to each patient that walks through the doors.
Tami likes to travel, meet new people and cheer on the Chiefs! Tami has been married to her husband, Ed, for more than 25 years. They have 2 beautiful children and 5 grandchildren.
Chrissy Karst
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chrissy has devoted her career to building strong relationships with her patients and loves creating beautiful smiles. A registered dental hygienist for more than 25 years, Chrissy is committed to improving patients’ oral health. She also makes visiting Houlik Family Dentistry a fun experience!
Chrissy and her husband, Jeff, have two sons, Jake and Alex. They love to play games together and are a very active family. Chrissy enjoys golf and pickleball–she is competitive and excels at both sports.
Breann Becker
Registered Dental Hygienist
Breann is passionate about dental care and helping patients achieve a healthy mouth. She brings a kind, warm smile to the HFD family and strives to ensure each patient leaves our office feeling their best.
In college, Breann played volleyball competitively and loves to be part of a team. She is newly engaged to her fiance, Josh, and enjoys spending her free time with him and her cat, Dennis.
Cecilia Reichenberger
Dental Assistant
Cecilia believes that her work helps people of all ages be healthy and feel confident in their smile. Along with patient care, Cecilia works to increase efficiency and organization in the office. Her favorite part about being a dental assistant is helping those in need. She appreciates continuous personal growth obtained through new experiences and ideas.
Cecilia is the lead singer in a praise and worship band called Yesterday’s Tomorrow and plays the flute. She has six siblings that she loves to spend time with for holidays, celebrations and everyday moments. In her free time, Cecilia also likes to cook and bake.
